Event Day Management

• Professional Wedding Coordinator onsite through end of logistics

• Oversee all elements of the wedding day from setup to tear down

• Serve as the primary contact for all queries, issues, and pain points

• Coordinate ceremony rehearsal 

• Cross-check venue setup for ceremony and reception

• Direct and provide cues to music/photo/video teams

• Organize and distribute personal flowers to wedding party and family members

• Cue wedding party and family for special events (entrances, speeches, etc.)

• Arrange for all personal items to be packed up and given to a designated person
